Approved Design & Structural Translation
As a custom brand mascot fabrication case, the Treezo project began with an approved mascot design that had to be translated into a physical sculpture while preserving the character’s proportions, pose and recognizable visual features.
Dimensional planning, part relationships and structural considerations were reviewed so the mascot could move into repeat production with consistent form across the 100-unit batch.
Physical Form Development
Before final finishing, the mascot was developed as a complete physical form. This stage helped confirm volume, silhouette, shield geometry and overall body balance before color application and final detailing.
Form & Expression
For mascot projects, facial expression, eye definition, body proportion and pose are critical to character recognition. These details were refined during finishing to maintain a clear and consistent character appearance.
Finish & Color
Clean color separation, smooth painted surfaces and controlled edge definition helped preserve the approved mascot appearance. Color references were checked during production so the final batch remained visually consistent.
Volume & Consistency
Producing 100 mascot sculptures required consistent execution across repeated units. Form, color placement, surface finish and overall character appearance needed to remain controlled throughout the batch.

For a multi-unit mascot project, packaging preparation was an important part of the delivery workflow. Protective packing and individual crate preparation helped each unit move into shipment in a controlled and practical way.
Final Presentation
The completed batch maintained the same character form, color system and overall finish across production, ready for deployment as repeated branded mascot sculptures.
