Our workshop is organized around custom commercial projects produced from client designs. Across different materials, production stages and project types, the work remains focused on custom sculptural pieces rather than standard off-the-shelf products. This includes one-off pieces, multi-piece programs and repeat orders.

From Design to Production
Production begins from the client design and project requirements. Our team prepares the project for fabrication, coordinates the build through the workshop and checks the finished pieces before packing and export preparation.

Fabrication and Assembly in Our Workshop
Components are fabricated, fitted and assembled in our workshop against the confirmed production plan. We check fit, alignment and connections as parts come together, preparing the assembled piece for later surface finishing.
Multi-part assemblies are checked before the piece moves forward.
Surface Finishing in Production
Surface preparation, color, gloss and detailing are controlled as part of production, helping the finished piece stay visually consistent with the design.
Filling, sanding and seam refinement support clean transitions, defined edges and a consistent commercial appearance.
Quality, Packing & Export Preparation
Completed pieces are checked against project requirements, protected for handling and organized for shipment.
Final Project Check
Fit, finish, accessories and components are checked against the project requirements.

Founded in 2007, YAVIS manufactures custom sculptures and sculptural display pieces for brand, commercial and selected creative projects.
Today, we work primarily from client designs, supporting agencies, production companies, contractors, brands and project teams with production engineering, fabrication, assembly and surface finishing.
Our role is to turn client concepts into finished physical pieces with production-ready structures, controlled surface finishing, consistent quality and export-ready delivery from our workshop in China.
