Detailed Character Sculpture Fabrication
A highly detailed character sculpture produced from an approved design reference, with a strong focus on form accuracy, surface detailing, color separation, and finish consistency. The completed piece was photographed from multiple real-world viewing angles to show both overall form and close-up execution.
Project Overview
This project involved the fabrication of a complex character sculpture with a dynamic pose and a high density of visual details. The key production challenge was translating the approved character reference into a stable physical piece while preserving the proportions, layered body forms, panel transitions, and overall visual identity of the design.

Detail & Surface Execution
The sculpture combines multiple surface zones, segmented armor-like forms, fine edge lines, small accent components, and contrasting metallic and colored finishes. Particular attention was given to clean separation between adjacent colors, consistent surface quality, and the readability of small details at close viewing distance.
Multi-Angle Finish Control
Because the character can be viewed from multiple directions, the fabrication and finishing needed to remain consistent across the front, side, and rear surfaces. The completed sculpture was checked for proportion, transition quality, visual continuity, and finish consistency across all major viewing angles.
